Hurricane Erin's trip by Nantucket's southern shores produced some fantastic waves. The seals, seemingly unfazed by the ocean's power, glided through the troughs in the water as if it were a usual day. Watching from the edge of the dunes, I was transfixed, and completely failed to notice I was waist deep in foam and water until I was completely soaked.
